Recurring House Cleaning
Weekly, every-other-week or monthly visits for an occupied home.
Tell us about your home and the visit you have in mind. We read every request and confirm the scope, the time and the access plan with you before anything is booked.

Describe your home and the visit you have in mind. We confirm scope, timing, access and price with you before anything is booked.
Good Coast Cleaning cleans homes across San Diego: regular visits that keep a lived-in home in order, deep cleans for the detail work a regular visit leaves for later, and move-out cleans for homes that are empty. Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment, work to a clear room-by-room scope, and finish every visit with targeted high-heat steam on sink, shower, tub and toilet fixtures.
Every visit starts with a conversation rather than a checkout page. You tell us about your home and what you need, we read the request and confirm the scope, the timing, the access plan and the price with you, and only then does a visit go on the calendar. You can read more about how we work before you decide.
Most requests fall into one of three visits, and each one answers a different need.
Recurring house cleaning keeps an occupied home in order on a weekly, every-other-week or monthly schedule. Each visit covers the kitchen counters, sink and stove top, the outside of the fridge and microwave, bathrooms from toilet to mirror to floor, dusting of reachable surfaces, floors vacuumed and mopped, and beds made with your own linens. Targeted high-heat steam on sink, shower, tub and toilet fixtures is part of every visit.
A deep clean is for an occupied home that needs more than a regular visit, often as the first visit before a recurring schedule starts. It includes everything in a recurring visit plus baseboards, full detail on cabinet fronts, light switches and fixtures, reachable ceiling fans, window sills, door frames and the grout beside bathroom fixtures. It does not include the inside of cabinets.
A move-out clean is for an empty home, before you hand back the keys or after you receive them. Because nothing is in the way, it goes further: the inside of the fridge, oven, microwave and every cabinet and drawer, closet interiors, window tracks and full baseboard detail are all included.
If you are not sure which fits, choose not sure on the form. We will explain the difference for your home in plain words, and you can compare all three on the services page.

The first visit sets the pattern for the ones after it, so a little preparation goes a long way. You do not need to clean before the cleaners arrive. Picking up clutter such as clothing, dishes, toys and papers lets the time go to cleaning rather than tidying. Point out anything you would prefer left alone.
You do not have to be home. Many people are out during the visit, and the access plan is agreed during confirmation, never through the online form. Please do not put door codes, alarm codes or key locations in the form.
Pets are welcome. Calm pets can usually stay where they are; nervous ones are happier in a separate room during the visit. Mention them in the notes so the cleaners know what to expect.
The cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. Our targeted steam treatment uses only water and heat. We use surface-appropriate cleaning products for other tasks when needed. Wide-plank wood and high-gloss lacquer are never steamed.
If a home has not had a professional clean in the last 30 days, the first visit is normally planned as a deep clean, and recurring visits follow from there. We will explain what that means for your home when we confirm your request.

Your name, phone, email, the home's address and the kind of clean you want. The address is how coverage is confirmed. Timing, home size and notes are optional, but they help us reply faster.
We follow up using the contact details you sent, and by text only if you ticked the box, to settle scope, size, date, time and access. We confirm the price with you in writing before anyone arrives.
The booking is confirmed once a card is saved on file, at least 48 hours before the visit. Saving a card places no hold; it is charged after the clean is complete.
Every clean is performed by background-checked independent cleaning professionals.
The cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment, so there is nothing to buy or set out before a visit.
Tell us within 24 hours if something was missed, and we clean the missed area again at no additional charge.
Scope, timing, access and price are confirmed with you before anything is booked. Sending a request never books a visit by itself.
The price depends on the home and the kind of visit, so it is confirmed with you in writing before any visit is booked rather than guessed from a chart.

Yes. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Later changes carry a fee based on the booking total, and the terms are set out in writing before the visit is confirmed.
Send the details and we will confirm the plan with you before anything is booked.

Good Coast Cleaning takes requests for homes in San Diego. Coverage is confirmed address by address when we read your request, so the street address and ZIP code on the form are what settle it. If your address is outside the area, we will tell you plainly.
Some work sits outside these three visits. Very large homes are scoped separately after a walkthrough rather than at a flat rate. The inside of cabinets and drawers is only cleaned in an empty home, as part of a move-out clean. Extras such as the inside of the oven or fridge in an occupied home, blinds, inside windows, a garage sweep or a single load of laundry are add-ons agreed with you before the visit and never done without asking. We do not take requests for commercial, post-construction or short-term rental cleaning.
We do not list prices. Every home is different, and the price for yours is confirmed with you before any visit is booked. When the details are ready, request a clean and we will take it from there. If you would rather read first, the answers to common questions cover access, pets, changes and payment.
